Left without food: Hannah and Reece Robb and their children Lulu, 11, Freddie, nine, and Riley, four, had to go without their weekly food shop as none of them had ID to show the Asda delivery van driver....
A family-of-five were left without food when an Asda delivery man refused to hand over their shopping - as they did not have ID to prove their age. Hannah and Reece Robb were asked for identification from an Asda delivery man but when they could not provide any he refused to leave their £48 shop. Hannah, 27, has used the service for most of her weekly food shops for two years and has never had to prove her age before.
But when the delivery man arrived at their home in Gillingham, Kent, he would not hand over the food, leaving her husband and three children Lulu, 11, Freddie, nine, and Riley, four, with no choice but to eat at Hannah's parents house.
Hannah said: 'Reece answered the door and the delivery man asked him for photo ID.
